ICSO Human Resource Association (iHRA)

The ICSO Human Resource Association (iHRA) is dedicated to assisting organizations in the FAIR, Beach, Wind & Hail plans; guaranty funds; and the joint underwriting association industry with their Human Resource needs.

We have unique workforce challenges because of our role in the industry, our employees, and our business model. In addition, we face change in such diverse areas as compensation and benefits, managing diversity, compliance, FMLA and other leave issues, retaliation claim risks and even NLRB decisions impacting non-union entities. iHRA exists to help our organizations address these challenges.
