| NAMIC provides administrative services for employee group benefit programs and trusts, including services to support health, welfare and even retirement programs. Within these programs are supplemental life, short-term and long-term disability, dental, vision, health insurance, 401K, and pension plans. These plans are offered in cooperation with prominent national carriers/providers such as Delta Dental, VSP, Symetra (Life & Disability), Unum, Via Benefits (Willis Towers Watson), other national or regional health insurers or entities, national exchange programs, and Transamerica. The administration of the programs is also supported in cooperation with top quality service organizations such as Ease, eBenefits, OPTUM Financial (previously ConnectYourCare), Mineral (previously ThinkHR), ComplianceDashboard, Turbo Services, Inc, Gibson, Sibson Consulting, and L.M. Henderson. |

Gibson provides broker and consulting services for ICSO H&W to support cultural and strategic initiatives of our participating organizations. They ensure the coverages offered meet the needs of the individual employees and retirees while controlling costs for the employers. Gibson also engages with the NAMIC administration team to support their benefit and service needs.
