Employee Assistance Program

ICSO H&W provides employees and their families with an employee assistance program (EAP) at no cost. The EAP is a valuable resource that can help employees identify and resolve many workplace, family, social, economic, and mental health issues.

This is a confidential program available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help employees and their family members handle the stresses involved with everyday issues and/or crisis situations.

• Services are accessible through toll-free phone calls, online access, and mobile app.
• Each family receives up to 5 free face-to-face sessions with a counselor, financial planner, or attorney.
• 5 additional sessions if you have a covered disability
• No personal information is ever shared with ICSO H&W

This program is completely free of charge to both employers and employees.
