ICSO H&W offers vision coverage through VSP, the largest network of eye care providers. Employers have the choice of offering up to two affordable vision plans to their employees. These plans may be extended to eligible retirees as well so they can maintain the same great benefits and choice of providers they enjoyed as active employees.

The standard Core option provides employees with the eye care essentials they need including routine annual WellVision exams plus materials, including contact lenses, every other year. Employers may choose to provide upgraded benefits with the VSP Buy-Up option. This plan offers premium coverage for materials by providing higher allowances and on a more frequent basis.

• Extra $20 to spend on featured frame brands
• 20% savings on additional glasses and sunglasses, including lens enhancements, from any VSP provider within 12 months of your last WellVision Exam

Routine Retinal Screening

• No more than a $39 copay on routine retinal screening as an enhancement to a WellVision Exam

Laser Vision Correction

• Average 15% off the regular price or 5% off the promotional price; discounts only available from contracted facilities
