Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

ICSO H&W partners with Clarity Benefit Solutions, to provide Flexible Spending Accounts to our Participating Employers.

A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is a tax-advantaged account that allows employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified medical or dependent care expenses. Employees choose how much money to contribute at the beginning of each plan year and can access these funds throughout the year. Contributions are subject to annual legal limits set by the IRS each year.

We make it easy for employees to access their funds via:

  • Payment card (used just like a debit/credit card)
  • Payment with personal funds and request reimbursements
  • Direct provider payments from the online portal

Employees may leverage the Clarity online portal and mobile solutions for Andriod and iOS devices.

This program is completely free of charge to both employers and employees.
